Tandoori Specialities
The Tandoori is a cylindrical earthen oven traditionally fuelled by charcoal that produces heat on many levels. Chicken, Meat or Seafood.Which has been marinated in cool yogurt, Fresh ginger, garlic and aromatic spices including a combination of red chilli powder with turmeric, is placed in the tandoor to achieve that classic red-orange colour as well as mouth watering flavour.
